Tricalcium Phosphat (TCP) is white amorphous powder, codourless and tasteless. Relative density 3.18. insoluble in water, soluble in dilutehydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Stable in the air.
In the food industry as anticoagulant, PH regulator, buffer, nutritional supplements. For example, as flouranticoagulant (dispersant), milk powder, candy, pudding, seasoning, meat additives, animal oil refining additives.
